Payment is due on the first business day of the month. This guarantees your visits for the coming month at the discounted monthly rate. This is the best option if you are going to get regular, recurring visits.
For new monthly contracts: if you begin services after the first business day of the month, you have a choice of paying for visits at the individual visit rate or by purchasing a multipack for the remainder of that month (whichever is less expensive). The following month, a full monthly contract payment is due on the first business day of that month.
Payment can be made through the Time to Pet Client Portal. We will send you an activation link to Time to Pet when you first begin service; you can also access the site by clicking “Client Portal” from the navigation at the top of this webpage.
Please do not leave service payments for your caregiver to deliver.
Pet Sitting & Other Visits
For pet sitting visits, we require a minimum of 50% payment before the first day of the visits, with the remainder to be paid at the end of the visit series.
Before the initial pet sitting visit, we do need to have credit card information on file, or a check must have been received.
Future series payments are due at the end of the visit series.
Meet and greet visits, pet taxi, applicable visit fees, and extra visits will be added to your account and charged according to the policy above.
Multipack payments are due before the first visit is done.
