If you are leaving town or are otherwise unable to respond to requests for a key assigned to you in more than 3 hours-time or will not be working for a few days, you are required to return your keys to the office in case there is an emergency and the extra set is needed to get into the house.
All client communications (other than the visit report) must be primarily managed by DoggyWalker.com in order to maintain both appropriate and timely boundaries. Any verbal or written scheduling requests made by the client to youmust be shared with management; the client is still responsible to contact the office for the schedule request to be approved.
